This is the fixing kit for the rear brick retention bracket on the Christon 550 and Christon 750 stoves, supplied by Eurostove.

These fixings secure the rear retention bracket that holds the rear fire bricks in position inside the firebox. Like all fixings inside the firebox, they're exposed to intense heat every time the stove is lit, and over time they can corrode, seize, or lose their grip.
If the fixings fail, the rear bracket can work loose, allowing the rear bricks to shift or drop out of position, which affects both the stove's insulation and the way it burns. Replacing the fixings alongside the bracket, if that's also due for renewal, keeps the rear brickwork properly secured.
